Refund & Returns Policy

Equipment (not applicable to Teamwear)

Upon receipt of goods, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return within 14 days and take the refund.
14 days guarantee for refunds/exchanges, if items delivered are not as per order and returned within this period.
If they are returned after this time frame we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or worn Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Sticks

All sticks have 6 month guarantee for breakage. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:

Under 14 Days:

For purchases under 14 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. E-mail gracehockeysticks@gmail.com with your order number and details of fault so we can arrange an exchange delivery.

14 days - 3 months:

For purchases over 2 weeks but less than 3 months, please return the item to us and share the tracking number for item returned, we upon receipt will arrange the exchange.

Rattles and Paint chips.

Hockey sticks will become worn after a sustained period of use. Sticks are guaranteed against breakage for 6 months from receipt of purchase.
Chips, scratches, grips, stick tops, and rattles inside the stick are not guaranteed.

Teamwear: 

All Teamwear and apparel have a 30-days guarantee through regular use. In case of any manufacturing fault please get in touch with us within this period with any picture/video evidence, and we will assess your claim and get back to you with a suitable course of action.

Customized items such as playing shirts, shorts, skirts/skorts and other items with initials or club logos are not eligible for any refunds or replacements after this period.

If you receive a faulty or damaged delivery, you can reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged merchandise so we can arrange the suitable alternative.  

Once a teamwear order is placed, we are unable to cancel, edit or amend the order. It is customer's responsibility to input the correct player number/initials with their order.

NOTE: Please always carefully review the ORDER SHEET we sent you for final approval before kicking off the production.
